We work small, concrete and without unnecessary frills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our approach: People &ndash; Process &ndash; Product<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We look at every challenge along three lines that reinforce each other:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>People<\/strong> \u2014 who will be working with it, and what do they need?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Process<\/strong> \u2014 how does the work flow now, and where is the real bottleneck?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Product<\/strong> \u2014 what is the smallest solution that actually solves the problem?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How we do it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Map it out<\/strong> \u2014 together we get clear on what you&rsquo;re up against and what&rsquo;s already possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Advise<\/strong> \u2014 honestly say what works, what doesn&rsquo;t, and why. Sometimes the answer is small.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Guide<\/strong> \u2014 walk along during implementation, so it actually lands.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Implement<\/strong> \u2014 where it fits, we build and set up the solution ourselves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who it&rsquo;s for<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our work touches two worlds, each with its own question:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Social &amp; community<\/strong> \u2014 organisations that have to do more with fewer hands, without losing sight of the people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Business<\/strong> \u2014 mature companies that can&rsquo;t rely on improvisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Start with the need<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We never start with a package or a product.
