Few can say exactly where they stand. And no organisation operates on one level: maturity differs per business unit, per team, per service. That is not a problem \u2014 it is the starting point of an honest assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Integrated 7-Layer Maturity Model<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our model bridges the full gap from the boardroom to the shop floor. Two patterns we see again and again:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The ivory tower.<\/strong> Brilliant strategies and beautiful architectures \u2014 while operations and people sit at a low maturity level. Great plans on paper; nothing actually changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The hyper-efficient factory.<\/strong> World-class operations and processes \u2014 while strategy sits at a low maturity level. Extremely efficient at making what the market no longer wants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From picture to movement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A maturity score alone changes nothing. So in every layer we distinguish four questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list is-style-numeric\">\n<li><strong>Self-image<\/strong> \u2014 where does the organisation think it stands?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Evidence<\/strong> \u2014 what do examples, data and observation actually show?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ambition<\/strong> \u2014 where do you want to go, and why?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Movement<\/strong> \u2014 what does the next step require in talent, mandate, time and structure?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The gap between self-image and evidence is often the real finding: &#8220;we thought we were further along \u2014 the proof points earlier.&#8221; That is not criticism; it is the beginning of an underpinned sequence \u2014 what to change first, what later, and why.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How the layers connect to our services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The seven layers are the diagnosis.
