As founder and lead advisor at Straops, I help organizations define direction and deliver tangible results in complex IT and organizational transformations. With over fifteen years of experience, I know both sides of the table: as an advisor and IT service provider, and as a manager directly responsible for day-to-day operations. This enables me to bridge the gap seamlessly between board-level strategy and operational reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As IT Service Delivery Manager at CMS Netherlands, I led a team of 11 professionals, transforming the IT organization from an ad-hoc, reactive unit into a proactive, strategic business partner. This was achieved across three core pillars:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Prior to that, as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini (2011\u20132018), I advised more than twenty enterprise clients on complex initiatives, ranging from large-scale workplace and datacenter migrations to cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
