We look at every challenge along three lines that reinforce each other:
- People — who will be working with it, and what do they need?
- Process — how does the work flow now, and where is the real bottleneck?
- Product — what is the smallest solution that actually solves the problem?
How we do it
- Map it out — together we get clear on what you’re up against and what’s already possible.
- Advise — honestly say what works, what doesn’t, and why. Sometimes the answer is small.
- Guide — walk along during implementation, so it actually lands.
- Implement — where it fits, we build and set up the solution ourselves.
