About Me
As founder and lead advisor at Straops, I help organizations define direction and deliver tangible results in complex IT and organizational transformations. With over fifteen years of experience, I know both sides of the table: as an advisor and IT service provider, and as a manager directly responsible for day-to-day operations. This enables me to bridge the gap seamlessly between board-level strategy and operational reality.

My conviction is simple: sustainable growth and control only emerge when people, processes, and technology work in complete synergy. Proven Track Record
As IT Service Delivery Manager at CMS Netherlands, I led a team of 11 professionals, transforming the IT organization from an ad-hoc, reactive unit into a proactive, strategic business partner. This was achieved across three core pillars:
- People: Optimized team structure, executed a targeted sourcing and rightshoring strategy, and coached team members in their professional development.
- Process: Implemented ITIL-based service management and automation to structurally secure service quality and reduce cycle times.
- Technology & Product: Designed and deployed modern cloud and IT services, maintaining direct oversight of architecture, vendor selection, and user adoption.
The result: significantly higher user and client satisfaction alongside reduced operational costs. The freed-up capacity was redirected immediately into practical innovations in process automation and AI.
Prior to that, as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini (2011–2018), I advised more than twenty enterprise clients on complex initiatives, ranging from large-scale workplace and datacenter migrations to cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
